A winner in the game is determined according to the rules of Texas Hold’Em. We are always eager to investigate a suspicious situation. If you have any doubts regarding the outcome of a hand, here is what you should do:
1. At the table, tap the Chat button in the lower-left corner of the screen and switch to the History tab.
2. The history of recent hands appears. Take a screenshot capturing the suspicious hand.
3. Submit a new message using the Support button in the settings. Attach the screenshot you had taken and specify your hole cards, the board, and the exact date and time when the hand took place.
As soon as we have that information, we will be able to help you.
