We always make sure you get what you paid for. Here’s what you should do:

  • Restart the game

  • Update the in-game data

Take a screenshot of the receipt and send it to us through the Support button in the settings. You may find the receipt in your inbox. Your payment provider (Facebook) sends you a confirmation email with your order information: order number, payment date, purchased item, etc.
