We always make sure you get what you paid for. Here’s what you should do:

  • Restart the game

  • Update the in-game data

Take a screenshot of the receipt and send it to us through the Support button in the settings. You may find the receipt in your inbox. Your payment provider (Apple App Store) sends you a confirmation email with your order information: transaction ID, payment date, purchased item, etc.
