Account Closure is a permanent action that deactivates your LuckyZino account. Unlike temporary measures like Take a Break or Self-Exclusion, which allow you to return after a set period, Account Closure is irreversible. Once closed, your account cannot be reactivated under any circumstances.

How to initiate an Account Closure request?

If you wish to permanently close your LuckyZino account, please follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to your LuckyZino account, click the burger menu in the top-right corner, and then select the “Responsible Social Gameplay” icon.

  2. Find the Access Restrictions button.

  3. Choose Close an Account from the available options.

  4. After that, you'll be redirected to our Support Team to complete the request. 

As part of the closure process, you will be required to provide a confirmation of understanding. This confirms that you fully understand the consequences of permanently closing your account. If you do not provide the required "confirmation of understanding" and the reason for closure is related to gameplay control concerns, we will instead apply an indefinite self-exclusion to your account.
