Bank account verification can typically be triggered from our Redemption page. 

You will be asked to choose whether to link your bank account automatically via our payment provider or manually by uploading your banking details.

Automatically linking your bank account would allow you to directly link your game to your bank’s online banking website to log in and validate your banking information without having to upload a document showing your bank details.

Manually linking it, on the other hand, would require you to fill out your Bank Account details and your Billing address manually, and upload a valid document with your banking details, which will be verified by our system.

If your verification is rejected, we will inform you about the reason. Common reasons include:

  • The document is unclear or unreadable.

  • The bank account details do not match the account on file.

  • The document has expired or is invalid.

Once you receive feedback, please submit the required documents again with the necessary corrections.
