If you are not in Alabama, Arizona, Connecticut, Idaho, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New York, Tennessee, Washington, and cannot access the site, restarting your router often fixes the problem.

If that didn't help, there might be a problem with your IP address. Please get in touch with your Internet Service Provider regarding this; they should be able to issue a new IP address for you. 

If you're using a VPN (Virtual Private Network) service on your devices, this may also be causing an issue. Using a VPN is strictly prohibited and may result in restricted access to the game. Please deactivate it immediately. Continued use may lead to further limitations or account issues.
