Each ball can get to the special bucket, which spins the mini-slot in the middle one time.
Or to default buckets on the bottom, which provide you with coins.

Once you receive a unique treasure or character in the mini-slot, it adds to the "Collection" tab and provides you with a reward.

 

On that tab, you also can see your total event winnings for the whole time.
