Your participation in tournaments or other online gaming events is conditional upon you granting Murka permission to collect, use, store, transmit and publicly display statistical data, such as your scores, rankings and achievements, generated through your participation. In all cases of data access and collection, the information you provide will not be disclosed, rented, loaned, leased, sold, or otherwise voluntarily distributed to unaffiliated third parties other than in the circumstances described in this Privacy Policy, and will be used solely for the purpose of providing you with and improving the Services and for any other purpose stated herein. If you do not want to receive interest-based in-application advertisements on your mobile device, you may adjust the ad tracking settings on your device (such as turning on “Limit Ad Tracking”). You can also reset the “Advertising Identifier” (such as an IDFA) from your mobile device’s settings page, which will prevent continued use of existing behavioral data tied to your previous “Advertising Identifier.” To Limit Ad tracking on iOS Devices please follow the link Limit Ad Tracking. To opt out of personalized ads on Android devices follow the link Opt-out of Personalized Ads.
To prevent third parties from delivering tailored web and mobile web advertising, you may also visit the opt-out tools provided by the Network Advertising Alliance and the Digital Advertising Alliance, or download apps, such as the Digital Advertising Alliance’s “AppChoices” app, that offer to provide you with controls regarding the collection and use of cross-app data for behavioral advertising.
These opt-out tools are provided by third parties, not Murka. Murka does not control or operate these tools or the choices that advertisers and others provide through these tools.

Right to Non-Discrimination for the Exercise of Your Privacy Rights

  • Deny goods or services to you;
  • Charge different prices or rates for goods or services, including through the use of discounts or other benefits or imposing penalties;
  • Provide a different level or quality of goods or services to you; or
  • Suggest that you will receive a different price or rate for goods or services or a different level or quality of goods or services.
Please note that we may charge a different price or rate or provide a different level or quality of goods and/or services to you, if that difference is reasonably related to the value provided to our business by your Personal Information.

Right to Designate an Authorized Agent to Submit CCPA Requests on Your Behalf

You may also designate an authorized agent to exercise these rights on their behalf. To do so, you need to provide the authorized agent written permission to do so and the agent will need to submit to us proof that they have been authorized by you. We will also require that you verify your own identity, as explained below.

How to Exercise Your Rights under CCPA

You may make a verifiable consumer request to exercise your right to know and right to deletion under the CCPA by:
  • contacting us at with the subject line "California Rights Request"; or
  • submitting your request via Support or Contact us section within the game.
The verifiable consumer request must:
  • provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected Personal Information or an authorized representative; and
  • describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.
We will verify your request by attempting to match two or three identifying pieces of information you provide us in connection with the request you make, to Personal Information we already maintain about you. We may ask to verify your request through the account's existing authentication methods (if applicable). We will take all reasonable precautions to verify your identity in connection with fulfilling our responsibilities under the CCPA. We will evaluate each request based on the individual submitting the request and the category of information related to the request. We cannot respond to your request or provide you with Personal Information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm Personal Information relates to you. Making a verifiable consumer request does not require you to create an account with us. Although we try to limit the Personal Information collected in connection with a request to exercise the right to know and the right to deletion to that Personal Information, certain requests may require us to obtain additional Personal Information from you. We may use verification by email or other methods to verify your identity and request.
We will confirm receipt of your verifiable request within ten (10) business days and provide information about how we will process your request. We endeavor to respond to a verifiable consumer request within forty-five (45) calendar days of its receipt. If we require more time, we will inform you of the reason and extension period. Any disclosures we provide will only cover the twelve (12) month period preceding the verifiable consumer request receipt. The response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable. We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.

Minors Under Age 16

We do not sell Personal Information of players we know to be less than sixteen (16) years of age, unless we receive affirmative authorization (the "Right to Opt-In") from either the minor who is between thirteen (13) and sixteen (16) years of age, or the parent or guardian of a minor less than thirteen (13) years of age.
