One day you return to your game just to see that something has disappeared from your account.  What a claw-full feline!
We do keep a record of all the comings and goings of your coins and balance.

The most common reason for the issue is the game has lost connection to your Facebook page.
 
To check this, please do the following:
After you log into the game using the right Facebook page and open the game, your progress will be restored. If the balance recovered is not correct, you might be using the wrong email.

In case restoring the Facebook connection did not help, please tap the gear wheel in the top right corner of your screen, choose the ’Support’ option, and provide us with the following information:
 
- the approximate number of lost coins/gems/levels;
- the exact date this happened;
