Purrlease enter your account via PC -> Settings -> Apps -> Find our game in the list -> there has to be a tick near the Friends list.

 

The next step is to force the program to close the game and open it again.

Once 5 of your friends begin playing Scatter Slots through Facebook connections, your extra cell will be open.
