Here is the formula for how the winning is calculated:

Your bet / winning lines in the slot * reward for all winning icons in winning combination = reward.

Purr Example:
Bet 500,000, 25 winning lines, and you get 3 winning icons.
You will receive 4 coins in reward as a multiplicator:

500,000/25*4 = 20,00*4 = 80,000 coins
