You can get some free coins every 20 minutes by tapping the "Free" button at the top of the game lobby screen. Once you open the "Free Gifts" pop-up screen, tap the Collect button to get your free coins. You can also get extra free coins by watching a short video, and you can buy coins by tapping on the "+" button under the coins counter at the top left corner of the screen.
