You might've lost your Satoshis after a level for any of the following reasons:
- You have lost. You can only get Satoshis if you win the level.
- Something went wrong while the game tried to transfer data from the server. Please, check your internet connection and try collecting the Satoshis on your victory screen again.
- You have left the level mid-game. Whether you go to the game lobby screen or leave the game entirely, you lose all the Satoshis you've collected during the level.
