You get 1 point for each block placed on the game field (a figure with 4 blocks will get you 4 points, a figure with 3 blocks - 3 points, etc.), and you get 2 points for each block removed from the game field (18 points for one removed line, column or section; 36 points for two lines, columns and\or sections removed in any combination, etc.).
You also get additional points for scoring combos (several lines, columns and\or sections removed in any combination) and for scoring streaks (removing lines, columns and\or sections in a row with consequent moves). Multipliers are as follows:
2х combo\streak - you'll get points for the blocks placed as well as points for the blocks removed multiplied by 2.
3х combo\streak - you'll get points for the blocks placed as well as points for the blocks removed multiplied by 3.
4х combo\streak - you'll get points for the blocks placed as well as points for the blocks removed multiplied by 5.
5х (or more) combo\streak - you'll get points for the blocks placed as well as points for the blocks removed multiplied by 10.
