Please make sure that that you have your Facebook account settings set properly.

Open Facebook settings >> Apps >> Slots on Tour >> make sure that there is a tick near ‘Friends list’; set ‘Friends’ in ‘App visibility’ >> save the changes.

Then close the game and open it again. After this, you should see your friends.
