Just enter the game, and press the settings button in the upper-right corner. Tap it, and you will see the support button. Tap the button, and you will be redirected to our site where you can submit a ticket. We will get all your profile information with that ticket, so we will try to locate your game profile in our database and restore your progress. Please specify a few things in your message:

  • Which level you were on before it happened?

  • How many coins did you have on that level?
